Why is it important for you to know where your food comes from?
As a parent and someone who care about my health, it's important for me to know that the animals, the environment and the quality and health of the meat I eat has been accounted for. That assurance only happens when I know who raised the meat -- the farmer, especially knowing that labels such as "grassfed" and even "organic" can happen at large-scale feedlots.
Who inspires you?
My kids. Every day.
What is your most memorable meal?
Having a Shake Shack burger with one of the Crowd Cow farmers that supplied the beef, together with a few of the Shake Shack team. That memory will live on! Boy was it delicious.

4:30am: wake up, run 6 miles.
5:00am: hit the lagree gym
6:00am: Crowd Cow heritage pork sausage with a side of kale
6:45am: In the office with the team
